It's not always possible to keep every plant, flower, and tree in stock. If an item becomes out of stock, you can usually pre-order it via our website.
If we have an estimated due date, we show this next to the pre-order button. If we do not have a confirmed date, but the products are on order with our supplier you can pre-order and we'll contact you with a date once we have one.
Any dates listed on our website are strictly estimates based on due dates provided by shipping companies. International shipping is beset with vessel and container shortages, queues at ports, and limited staffing to comply with COVID regulations which is leading to delays at short notice. If your pre-order is delayed, one of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to outline your options.
With any pre-order, you may cancel the item at any point up until it has been shipped. At point of shipping, our standards returns policy will come into effect.
At times, it is possible that we do not have a delivery date for when an item will be back in stock. In this case, we mark the item as unavailable. Although we are expecting the item to come back into stock, we do not currently have a date and this could be a minimum of six weeks or possibly longer. As soon as we are able to provide a reliable delivery date, we will update the product to be available for pre-orders.
