Rotate it from time to time to ensure any weather is gradual
Move it during extreme weather (including heatwaves)
If you're making your own, you can pop some sand or stones in the bottom of the basket before adding your oasis foam and flowers. If you're using a pre-made artificial hanging basket, you can add some stones on top of the oasis foam, beneath your foliage and glue them down to stop them from blowing away in the wind.
