Reviews & questions
With beautiful, burgundy-veined leaves, the artificial peacock peperomia or ‘Piccolo Banda’ plant, as it’s also known, is a brilliant choice for trailing down your shelf or sitting upon your cabinet.
Its natural sibling is native to the tropical rainforests of South America, where it gets lots of sunny weather and humid air. But don’t worry, this faux radiator plant doesn’t need any of that.
Just give it a nice spot in your interior, dust its leaves from time to time and relax while your new faux peacock peperomia brings bags of interesting colour and super trendy style to your home!
Most plants arrive in a simple black pot. We suggest popping this into a more decorative one. This increases stability and helps the plant blend into your interior.
Find a pot a little bit larger than the starter pot
Pre-fill the pot with earth or sand if the pot is too deep
Put the plant into the pot and fill around the starter pot
Top off with decorative stones
Keeping your faux plant in tip top shape needn’t be a chore. Once in a while, just run a duster over the leaves. Start from the top and work your way down. If there are any stubborn marks or debris, wipe them with a damp cloth.
