We have a range of indoor and outdoor artificial flowers available to buy, including our outdoor hanging baskets, window boxes and patio tubs. If you experience any issues within the warranty period shown on product pages, we’ll happily take a look into the issue offering either a refund or replacement for any damage caused by the elements.

Our indoor flowering products, such as our bouquets, are not designed for outdoor use, and will not be eligible for a refund if used outside.

Yes, all types of lilies are highly toxic to cats including peace lilies and calla lilies. Even though your cat may not chew the leaves, it's easy for them to rub against the pollen and lick it off their fur which can even result in kidney failure.

Standard delivery is £4 on orders up to £50, £6 on orders between £50.01 - £100 and free when you spend over £100 and takes 2 to 4 working days. Some locations may cost a little extra or take longer.

A no rush service is available which offers discounted shipping but takes up to 6 working days for delivery.
