The amount of points you earn depends on your current tier.

• Bronze leaf tier earns 1 point for every £1 spent
• Silver stem tier earns 1.25 points for every £1 spent
• Golden bloom tier earns 1.5 points for every £1 spent

For example, if you are in the 'bronze leaf' tier, spending £100, earns you 100 points - this is equal to £10, which you can redeem off your next order.

Points can be redeemed as discount on future purchases. To use points on your order, simply apply the amount of points you wish to use at checkout.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

To check your points balance, log into your account, and navigate to the 'My account' page - your points balance is displayed on your dashboard.

Alternatively, you can log into your account and go onto the petal rewards page, where your points balance is displayed alongside your current tier.

Your tier is determined by your how much you spend annually - this means the more you shop, the higher your tier!

Higher tiers will have greater perks, such as unlocking bigger discounts, earning points quicker, and early access to new collections.

Unfortunately, your points are only redeemable via our website. We're unable to redeem your points when placing an order over the phone with us.
