When your tree arrives, it'll be compressed in its packaging to prevent damage. Take a moment to bend out the stems and smooth the leaves with your hands, until it looks like the photos on our website.

Potting or planting your outdoor faux couldn't be any easier. We have a selection of sustainably made pots and planters in a variety of colours and sizes to suit your plant, tree or flowers. For more guidance, see our guide to potting artificial plants.

Our outdoor range is designed to be used outside come rain, snow or sunshine and our trees and plants feature a UV stable coating to protect the foliage from turning a nasty shade of blue 🤢.

In extreme weather, we recommend moving your plants indoors or to a more shaded area.

If your outdoor faux features a natural wooden stem, it’s a good idea to apply a protective stain annually.

The biggest perk of going faux is the lack of maintenance needed to keep stunning greenery looking its best. There's no watering, pruning, repotting, feeding... the list of jobs is almost endless!

However, there are still a couple of things you can do to help extend the lifespan of your outdoor artificial trees:

• Pot or plant your tree with plenty of drainage.
• Rotate the tree from time to time to ensure any weathering is gradual.
• Treat the base of the stem with a clear wood preserver annually.
• Protect (or move) the tree when extreme weather hits.

Standard delivery is £4 on orders under £30, £6 on orders between £30 - £80 and free when you spend over £80, and takes 2 to 4 working days. Some locations may cost a little extra or take longer.
