Christmas gift guide: the 2026 edit

The mince pies are back on the shelves, the fairy lights are coming down from the loft and the gift list is getting longer by the day... it's officially the most wonderful time of the year!

Whether you're shopping for the friend who can't keep a cactus alive, the host with the most, or the colleague you pulled out of the secret Santa hat, our fabulous fauxs make gifts that keep on giving. No watering, no wilting and no needles on the floor, just year-round good looks. Let's unwrap our 2026 Christmas gift guide...

£30 & under

Good things come in small packages, and our £30 and under range proves it. These pint-sized plant pals are perfect stocking fillers, desk-warmers and "just because" treats, without sacrificing an ounce of realism.

  • Medallion calathea (£20): bold, patterned leaves that bring a pop of jungle to a bedside table or home office.
  • Devil's ivy pothos (£17.50): a trailing team favourite that tumbles beautifully from a shelf. Ideal for the friend who's killed one too many real ones (we won't tell).

Secret Santa sorted

Pulled your boss out of the hat? Or the new starter you've spoken to twice? Don't panic, we've got you covered.

Meet the star of this year's secret Santa: our mini poinsettia bush. At just £5, this festive little faux packs a big punch, with soft peach or pink blooms that look gorgeous on a desk, windowsill or kitchen shelf. It's thoughtful, it's festive, and it'll still be blooming long after the office party hangovers have faded. Snap up a few and you've sorted the whole team in one go!

Another secret Santa winner? Our pin LED fairy lights (£7.99). Easy to wrap, loved by everyone, and perfect for adding a little sparkle to a mantelpiece, shelf or window.

Deck the halls: wreaths & bundles

A faux wreath or garland might not be the first gift that springs to mind, but it's one that gets brought out (and admired) year after year. Perfect for new homeowners, newlyweds or anyone starting their own festive traditions. Most of our Christmas collection is suitable for indoors and out, so it'll happily greet guests on the front door, rain or shine.

  • Crimson Christmas wreath (£60): rich red poinsettias, burgundy ribbons, pine and berries for a show-stopping welcome on any front door.
  • Winter wonderland bundle (£86): can't choose? You don't have to! A matching wreath and garland with frosted pine, candy-striped baubles and doughnut ornaments, for a coordinated look from front door to fireplace.

A gray wooden front door with decorative stained-glass panels, adorned with a red holiday wreath. The door is set in a red brick house, flanked by a green ivy-covered wall on the left and a window on the right, with two potted boxwood topiary trees on the gravel ground.

Festive flowers that never fade

Flowers at Christmas? Absolutely! Our winter flowers bring all the seasonal colour of a fresh bouquet, without the wilting before New Year. They're allergy-friendly and will look just as stunning next December as they do this one.

  • Highland frost bunch: purple thistles and burgundy berries with frosted foliage, for a moody, Scottish-winter feel.
  • Berry, merry & bright bunch: a deep red chrysanthemum bloom, pine, bay and clusters of red berries. Festive in every sense of the word.

Gifts for life, not just for Christmas

Looking for something they'll love long after the decorations go back in the loft? Our most popular gift ideas are year-round crowd-pleasers.

  • Phalaenopsis orchid (£40): a team favourite and an always-elegant choice. Perfect for mums, grans and anyone with impeccable taste.
  • Terracotta trio (£62): three potted plant pals in one bundle. It's the gift that keeps on giving... three times over!

The showstoppers

Feeling extra generous this year? Santa's been very good to someone! These statement fauxs are the gifts that make jaws drop on Christmas morning (just don't try squeezing them down the chimney).

  • Japanese fruticosa (from £70): a real wood twisted trunk and lush, bonsai-style foliage make this a truly elegant focal point. Available at 120cm or 170cm tall.
  • Monstera deliciosa (£80): big, beautiful, cheese-plant leaves standing 90cm tall. Instant tropical vibes for any cosy corner, with zero watering required.

Build your own gift bundle

Want to give something truly personal? Create your own made-to-measure faux gift in three easy steps:

  1. Pick a plant: choose their perfect plant pal from any of the picks above, or browse our full range.
  2. Choose a pot: find a pot to suit their style, from sleek and modern to rustic and textured.
  3. Top it off: finish the look with a pot topper for that polished, ready-to-display touch.

The result? A ready-to-go gift that looks like it's been styled just for them (because it has!).

Still stuck? Give the gift of choice

We get it: some people are just impossible to buy for. That's where our gift cards come in. Sent straight to their inbox (or yours, if you'd like to print it and pop it in a card), they let your lucky recipient pick exactly the plant, size, colour and accessories they've had their eye on.

No guesswork, no queues and absolutely no delivery cut-offs to worry about. Gift cards are the perfect last-minute lifesaver, even if you only remember on Christmas Eve (we won't judge).

Sending straight to your giftee

Can't make it in person this year? No problem. We can deliver your gift directly to your recipient's door; simply pop their address in as the delivery address at checkout.

And don't worry about spoiling the surprise: no prices are included in the parcel, so your giftee will never know how much (or how little!) you spent. Your secret is safe with us. 🤫

Just a heads-up: our plants, trees and wreaths arrive in our standard branded delivery boxes, so the box itself may give the game away if it's opened early. If you're sending it to yourself first, we'd recommend unwrapping and re-wrapping it, or simply wrapping the box as it is.
