Ferns have been popular houseplants for over a hundred years - with good reason! Nothing says 'home' quite like the Boston fern's bright apple green, sword-like fronds cascading over a classic pot.

Whether it is a welcoming addition to a windowsill, a side-table statement-piece or part of a group arrangement, the artificial Boston Fern will immediately lift and brighten any space.

Real Boston ferns are notoriously susceptible to mites and need very specific soil and sunlight conditions to grow. However, our faux Boston fern has 40 beautiful individually-crafted silk fronds, looks completely lifelike even up-close and needs nothing but an occasional flick of a duster. Best of all, it can be placed anywhere in your home for instant uplifting greenery.

Our best-selling Boston fern measures approx. 50cm (H) x 60cm (W) - making it the perfect addition to any space!

This plant takes less than 10 minutes to arrange. There are no parts to put together, you'll just need to bend each branch out in turn to fill the space you have. You can spread out the plant as much or as little as you'd like.

If the leaves have any excess folds in they should drop out after a few days, but smoothing the leaves by hand will help. Add to a pot of your choice, slot into your space and you're all done. Easy peasy!

Standard delivery is £4 on orders up to £50, £6 on orders between £50.01 - £100 and free when you spend over £100 and takes 2 to 4 working days. Some locations may cost a little extra or take longer.

A no rush service is available which offers discounted shipping but takes up to 6 working days for delivery.

"Fabulous! When it arrived in the box I thought it would be far too small but once its out and the leaves are bent outwards it really comes into shape and is much bigger and wider than imagined. "Had been debating purchasing this item for a while due to the width size & the location I wanted to place it. It was purchased for the lounge side table but was slightly too large however, due to the plant not looking as realistic as I hoped, I relocated it to the bedroom, where it’s not so immediately noticeable but it has enhanced that area, so pleased with the final outcome. In my opinion the plant needs to be a darker green, still retaining the shading which is good & the material leaves should be thicker & possibly a shiny appearance? Not only do these ferns look the part, they free up your time too, with no need to water or re-pot once they're settled in.

Most plants arrive in a simple black pot. We suggest popping this into a more decorative one. This increases stability and helps the plant blend into your interior.

  1. Find a pot a little bit larger than the starter pot
  2. Pre-fill the pot with earth or sand if the pot is too deep
  3. Put the plant into the pot and fill around the starter pot
  4. Top off with decorative stones
