Everything you need to know
With pastel green olive faux-liage, a mix of green and black olives and a rustic triple stem, our decorative faux olive tree is eye-catching but not too imposing. It’s extremely elegant and will bring laid-back Mediterranean vibes to your space.
Natural olive trees require plenty of watering, feeding and pruning. Not only that but they take a long time to reach maturity and top it off are pretty expensive.
Our fabulous faux olive tree is fully grown out of the box and asks for nothing. Unbox, work the foliage into position and pop it in a pot of your choice.
These trees, along with most in our range, arrive in a small black starter pot. Help your new artificial tree fit into its new home by pairing it with a suitable plant pot (we’ll offer up some perfect options when you add it to your basket).
This step will also add weight and stability. Potting your tree is quick, easy, and only ever needs to be done once.
1. Pick a suitable pot. Choose one with drainage if the plant is going outside.
2. Prefill the pot so that the starter pot sits just inside the top of the plant pot.
3. Pop the tree into the pot.
4. Fill around the starter pot with earth, sand, or decorative stones.
What care? With no special dietary requirements or demands for sunlight, you can sit back and relax. All we suggest is giving the leaves a light dusting from time to time with a damp cloth.
To maximise the plants lifespan, we don’t recommend using it outdoors. It’s not UV protected, so may fade, discolour or not get on well with high winds.
