Our giant artificial boxwood ball is perfect for creating a BIG impact without any hassle.

Beautiful and extra-large, our ornamental topiary ball packs realistic, two-tone foliage with small, rounded leaves. It's UV stable and designed for outdoor use, pest and disease proof, and needs no ongoing care like watering or pruning. Bliss!

Sitting at 60cm diameter, our giant artificial topiary ball will never lose its perfect, circular shape. Simply take it out of the box and place it in a pot or in the ground, and you'll have an envy-inducing topiary feature for your space.

Our faux giant boxwood ball topiary has a 60cm diameter meaning it is one of our larger statement topiaries. If you're looking for something smaller, we also have a range of smaller boxwood hanging topiary balls.

Whether you wish to style your giant boxwood ball in a pot or directly into the ground, we recommend securing your faux topiary.

The inside of the giant boxwood ball is a wired mesh, meaning the artificial topiary ball can be easily secured with garden or tent pegs. Alternatively, you can stake the faux boxwood ball with a short bamboo support cane - this method works best for the potted style.

Standard delivery is £4 on orders up to £50, £6 on orders between £50.01 - £100 and free when you spend over £100 and takes 2 to 4 working days. Some locations may cost a little extra or take longer.

A no rush service is available which offers discounted shipping but takes up to 6 working days for delivery.

Giant boxwood ball

"Bought two of these for the front of my home and I have to say they are absolutely amazing, put some Christmas fairy lights on over the festive period and everyone who visited commented on how lovely they looked. It took some time convincing my husband to buy these as they are expensive but are worth every single penny, even my husband says they are just perfect and so real looking. We now plan to change all our boxwood balls that are in pots to these artificial ones. I don’t know what it is but the real ones never survive in pots and I have to say the artificial ones look so much nicer and just look the same all year round. Excellent service from blooming artificial ordered one day arrived the next, even got a call from delivery driver, excellent. A few of our artificial topiary ball trees include natural wood stems to really pull off the look. This does however mean that they need a little extra thought if you’re thinking of planting your topiary ball trees in the ground.

To plant artificial topiary in the ground:

  1. Dig a hole slightly larger than your plants pot
  2. Add a layer of stones or sand to the hole to help with drainage
  3. Pop your plant in and check it’s straight
  4. Fill in the gaps with earth and press down to keep it secure.

When it comes to planting hanging topiary balls, you can simply bury the chain into your potting medium or stake the ball into the ground with a peg.

Most of our faux topiary balls are specially treated with a UV resistant coating and can be used outdoors all year round. These include our boxwood ball (pair), boxwood triple ball tree, boxwood single ball tree and our large 60cm topiary ball.

Our outdoor topiary balls are happy in the sun, rain, wind and even snow, but in extreme weather and storms, we always advise that you move them to a more sheltered home. For more info, read our article on protecting artificial plants from extreme weather.
