Everything you need to know

At a full height of 180cm, our faux ficus alii is designed to make an impact, but in a clever twist, the stem arrives in three sections. Simply remove the middle section to reduce the height by around 30cm, making it easy to tailor the tree to your space.

The narrow, evergreen leaves work beautifully in modern homes as they do in traditional interiors and office spaces. And because it’s faux, there’s no need to think about light, watering or seasonal changes - our artificial ficus alii tree stays perfectly styled every day of the year!



This plant will take about 15 minutes to assemble. The leaves, stems and the base will come as separate pieces to save on pesky postage costs and minimize any risk of damage during transit.

Each leaf and stem will have coordinating letters or numbers to help you identify which part we recommend fits into which slot. If you have additional stems (with no leaves on), slot these into their corresponding slots first. Add the branches and leaves. You can bend the branches out into a natural arch shape to fill the space you have.

If the leaves have any excess folds in they should drop out after a few days, but smoothing the leaves by hand will help. Finish by giving your plant a shimmy, so the leaves sit more naturally. Slot your tree into your space and you're all done. Easy peasy!

Standard delivery is £4 on orders up to £50, £6 on orders between £50.01 - £100 and free when you spend over £100 and takes 2 to 4 working days. Some locations may cost a little extra or take longer.

A no rush service is available which offers discounted shipping but takes up to 6 working days for delivery.

These trees, along with most in our range, arrive in a small black starter pot. Help your new artificial tree fit into its new home by pairing it with a suitable plant pot (we'll offer up some perfect options when you add it to your basket).

This step will also add weight and stability. Potting your tree is quick, easy, and only ever needs to be done once.

1. Pick a suitable pot. Choose one with drainage if the plant is going outside.

2. Prefill the pot so that the starter pot sits just inside the top of the plant pot.

3. Pop the tree into the pot.

4. Fill around the starter pot with earth, sand, or decorative stones.

When your tree arrives, it'll be compressed in its packaging to prevent damage. Take a moment to bend out the stems and smooth the leaves with your hands, until it looks like the photos on our website.
