Everything you need to know

How are they delivered?

Our flower bunches arrive carefully wrapped in brown paper inside of an elegant white box, ready for gifting. Larger bouquets are delivered in red presentation boxes.

Other plants will arrive in standard parcel boxes with branding on.

Currently, we don’t offer gift messaging.

When should I place my order by?

Last orders should be placed before mid-day Wednesday 6th March with standard delivery.

Orders with fast delivery can be placed before 1:30pm on Thursday 7th March for delivery in time for Mother's Day.

Are artificial plants realistic?

Our artificial plants are made from high quality, durable materials like polyethylene plastic, steel, natural wood, polyester and latex. This may seem like an eccentric mix, but each has a specific purpose to ensure the plant looks natural and has a long life.

How do you clean artificial plants?

Keeping your faux plant in tip top shape needn’t be a chore. Once in a while, just run a duster over the leaves. Start from the top and work your way down. If there are any stubborn marks or debris, wipe them with a damp cloth.
