Everything you need to know

Elegant, striking and realistic, it's no wonder our faux paradise palm is one of our best-sellers.

With a blend of light and dark palm fronds to replicate young and old growth, and the perfect leaf texture that's not too papery and not fabric like either, the faux paradise palm is the perfect replica of the real thing.

We particularly love the way the gentle arching palm fronds cast a butterfly shaped silhouette; something this palm is well known for.

Being faux, it's super-simple to look after, so you can forget about wilting fronds, pests or disease. This palm needs no water, no humidity and no special lighting!

Available in four sizes, from 105cm (3.5ft) all the way up to 195cm (6.5ft) to suit every space. All measurements are taken from the floor to the top of the plant. You can raise the overall height by popping the palm in a pre-filled taller pot or a plant stand.

This plant takes less than 10 minutes to arrange. There are no parts to put together, you'll just need to bend each branch out in turn to fill the space you have. You can spread out the plant as much or as little as you'd like.

If the leaves have any excess folds in they should drop out after a few days, but smoothing the leaves by hand will help. Add to a pot of your choice, slot into your space and you're all done. Easy peasy!

Standard delivery is £5 on orders up to £100 and free when you spend over £100 and takes 2 to 4 working days. Some locations may cost a little extra or take longer.

Faster services may be available based on your location.

We'll keep you updated every step of the way, so you’ll always know when your gorgeous faux greenery is arriving.

FAQs

Our faux palms are packaged in a very upright manner. It keeps the palm fronds safe during delivery from our place to yours.

To bring your palm to life, you'll need to arrange these fronds. Sounds complex? Don't worry... it isn't.

Starting at the bottom of the foliage, simply bend each frond out. Aim for a gentle curve rather than a harsh angle for the most realistic final appearance. The fronds are wired so may appear a bit stiff. You can be pretty firm to get the desired bend!

Need more help? See our guide on how to arrange faux plants and trees.

Our artificial palms arrive pre-potted in a small black pot. This is designed to act as a base for replanting into something a little more decorative. This will help it blend into your home's interior and improve stability too!

For more help, see our video guide to potting artificial plants.

Faux palm trees are incredibly realistic and designed to be botanically accurate. But there are a few things you can do to get the most out of your palm.

Arranging your tree is an important first step. When it arrives with you, it'll be upright and compressed in the packaging to prevent damage. Spend a few moments arranging and gently manipulating the foliage until you're happy with its appearance.

See our guide to arranging an artificial palm tree.

Then, pop it into a stylish planter that blends in nicely with your decor. Choose one that's slightly larger than the pot it arrives.

Unlike a real palm which demands light, humidity, watering, feeding and repotting, your new artificial friend asks for very little.

Once it’s sitting pretty in your home all you’ll need to do is give it an occasional wipe with a damp cloth. Start at the top and work your way around and down the palm to remove any dust.

Look at the details on the product page and check the pot dimensions. We typically suggest adding 2-10cm onto the width and going from there.

Selecting a pot towards the higher end of this range will really improve the plants stability. A top tip if you have small people or pets running around.

If you are still unsure, we'll offer some recommended pots when you add items to your basket. Or just get in touch.
