"I bought one before Christmas. I wasn't too keen on it and sadly for me, I missed the return date. They asked me to send a pic of it, which I did, and that was the last I heard from them. I've bought quite a few artificials from this Company and they've been gorgeous but this one def failed to impress. Pics looked great but in reality it's sparse and dead looking."
"Absolutely gorgeous. It’s too k a few days to separate with a little bit of manual help. But it looks real and is amazing value. The real ones are twice this (and this includes a lovely pot to put it in which I purchased at the the same time. So in my local garden centre one of these real plants cost nearly £80. I can’t keep plants alive so this is forever and I’ve already had compliments."

"I am pleased with the product which arrived neatly packaged coupled with a good delivery. I was extremely disappointed with Customer Service / Sales - showing a lack of care, consideration, courtesy and in my view, unprofessional behaviour which misrepresents the company. Staff training and ongoing supervision is required - the phone is answered on every occasion with 'hello, yes' rather than introducing the company at the start. I am sympathetic to be told that IT systems had failed earlier in the week which created a backlog ( having not been notified ). Due to waiting a considerable time for the order, I phoned three times as instructed by the call handling team, from mid day at spaced intervals during the course of the afternoon to work with the representative to politely enquire about joining the orders together in one box to allow delivery to arrive in time for a pre booked photo shoot. During the third call to be told in a casual voice without any apology ' it's now too late ' followed by ' do you want me to cancel the whole order ' in my view showed an ambivalent attitude and is an extremely disrespectful and arrogant way to treat others. Surely every business seeks to generate good rapport with returning Customers to generate a healthy cash flow ? Based on this experience I will be looking elsewhere in the future."
