It's not a necessity, but drilling a few holes in the base of your window box trough will help any water to drain. If you look at the bottom of your window box, you'll find 10 drainage hole notches which need drilling into.

You can find brackets for window boxes online which will grant you the ability to fix your window box to your wall or balcony. Just make sure to check that the bracket is compatible with the size of your window box. Unfortunately we don't have any available on our website at the moment.

Outdoors is the toughest stage for any faux plant to perform on, especially since delicate foliage faces sun, rain, humidity, and everything Mother Nature throws their way. That said, our arrangements are designed with high-quality materials and craftsmanship that stand up better than most. How long they stay flawless depends on factors like sunlight exposure, humidity levels, and where you hang or place them. Less sun and sheltered spots will always help stretch that lifespan toward the three-year mark.

For extra care, we recommend using a UV protection spray, a stylish little secret weapon to ward off fading and make your faux flowers hold onto their petal-perfect glow. We don't stock any at the moment, but you can usually find them available elsewhere online.

Our outdoor arrangements are delivered in secure, made to measure packing. It means when they land on your doorstep, all you need to do is remove the packaging and pop it in position. No additional aggro.

Our arrangements don't arrive with brackets or fixings.

Yes! They have a dry oasis core that doesn't hold water. The window box trough has holes in the bottom which may need to be popped out with a screwdriver to let water drain away.

The foliage and flower spikes are glued into the oasis, but they can be removed with a little bit of force. We don't recommend this as the flowers might get damaged, and it's irreversible. You also won't be able to return them to us.
