Reviews & questions
We’re bananas for this one! Not only does it look fantastic with its shaggy leaves and wood coated trunk, you’ll also get the added benefit of saving time and money in the long run. Don’t just take our word for it, check out this comparative study we did on real vs. artificial flora… you’d be surprised how expensive looking after real plants can get 😲.
Unlike a real banana tree, you won’t have to worry about whacking the heating up to maintain a decent growth rate and there’ll be no more watering to keep on top of to ward off those pesky wilted leaves. This artificial musa banana tree has it all with good looks, a beautiful natural structure, and does not need constant care to keep its green exotic vibe.
Our artificial musa banana tree comes in a variety of sizes, with heights ranging from 165cm to 182cm tall!
The artificial musa banana tree takes just a few minutes to assemble. The leaves and the trunk will come as two separate pieces to save on those pesky postage costs and minimise any risk of damage during transit. When it arrives, simply slot the leaves into the opening at the top of the trunk, bend the fronds out into a natural arch, and you’re all done. Easy peasy!
Most plants arrive in a simple black pot. We suggest popping this into a more decorative one. This increases stability and helps the plant blend into your interior.
Find a pot a little bit larger than the starter pot
Pre-fill the pot with earth or sand if the pot is too deep
Put the plant into the pot and fill around the starter pot
Top off with decorative stones

What care? With no special dietary requirements or demands for sunlight, you can sit back and relax. All we suggest is giving the leaves a light dusting from time to time with a damp cloth.
To maximise the plants lifespan, we don’t recommend using it outdoors. It’s not UV protected, so may fade, discolour or not get on well with high winds.

A spirit named Nang Tani haunts wild banana plants in Thai folklore, so it’s considered a bad omen to cut them. Spooky 👻.
