From each of its eight tall, brown stems sprout large arrow-head-shaped leaves which vary from darker to lighter shades of green. This trick creates the illusion of new and old growth, so your plant looks like it's actually growing!
Being a tropical faux houseplant, the real thing needs plenty of warmth and humidity to replicate its natural habitat, whereas our faux alocasia sarian is happy to live anywhere! As long as you keep it indoors, it’ll be happy in a cold, shady bathroom or a light, airy office.
All it needs is a little clean from time to time to let its glossy leaves shine!
Our artificial alocasia sarian is perfect for adding some tropical vibes to any space! Plant measures approx. 65cm (H) by 70cm (W).
Most plants arrive in a simple black pot. We suggest popping this into a more decorative one. This increases stability and helps the plant blend into your interior.
Find a pot a little bit larger than the starter pot
Pre-fill the pot with earth or sand if the pot is too deep
Put the plant into the pot and fill around the starter pot
Top off with decorative stones
Keeping your faux plant in tip top shape needn’t be a chore. Once in a while, just run a duster over the leaves. Start from the top and work your way down. If there are any stubborn marks or debris, wipe them with a damp cloth.
