"Came well packaged and was simple to titivate the branches and the leaves it look so pretty. Love the twisted trunk with little leaves sprinkled here n there. I bought the smaller tree as its to stand under a framed print already in our lounge. It definitely draws you in, its a really pretty little tree, looks really smart next to our suite and side tables. Finishes the room off well I bought 4 different trees in total 3 for lounge and 1 for the hallway. You wont be disappointed in any blooming artificial products there all life like and look expensive. Il definitely be purchasing more."

Good product, let down by an exceptionally poor Customer Service and call handling team.

"I am pleased with the product which arrived neatly packaged coupled with a good delivery. I was extremely disappointed with Customer Service / Sales - showing a lack of care, consideration, courtesy and in my view, unprofessional behaviour which misrepresents the company. Staff training and ongoing supervision is required - the phone is answered on every occasion with 'hello, yes' rather than introducing the company at the start. I am sympathetic to be told that IT systems had failed earlier in the week which created a backlog ( having not been notified ). Due to waiting a considerable time for the order, I phoned three times as instructed by the call handling team, from mid day at spaced intervals during the course of the afternoon to work with the representative to politely enquire about joining the orders together in one box to allow delivery to arrive in time for a pre booked photo shoot. During the third call to be told in a casual voice without any apology ' it's now too late ' followed by ' do you want me to cancel the whole order ' in my view showed an ambivalent attitude and is an extremely disrespectful and arrogant way to treat others. Surely every business seeks to generate good rapport with returning Customers to generate a healthy cash flow ? Based on this experience I will be looking elsewhere in the future."

What care? With no special dietary requirements or demands for sunlight, you can sit back and relax. All we suggest is giving the leaves a light dusting from time to time with a damp cloth.

To maximise the plants lifespan, we don't recommend using it outdoors. It's not UV protected, so may fade, discolour or not get on well with high winds.

Most plants arrive in a simple black pot. We suggest popping this into a more decorative one. This increases stability and helps the plant blend into your interior.

  1. Find a pot a little bit larger than the starter pot
  2. Pre-fill the pot with earth or sand if the pot is too deep
  3. Put the plant into the pot and fill around the starter pot
  4. Top off with decorative stones
