Whether you go for the 120cm version or the taller 180cm showstopper, our faux chamaedorea palm is seriously full of life. With a spread of up to 75cm, 36 beautifully flexible fronds, and realistic stems in natural tones, it's crafted to look (and feel) just like the real deal.

Both sizes arrive in a sturdy starter pot (16cm or 19cm diameter, depending on height), making it easy to pop into a decorative planter and let it take centre stage.

Made for indoor spaces, the artificial chamaedorea palm's rich green leaves bring an instant lift, turning any corner into a soothing oasis. The flexible fronds can be shaped and styled just how you like - go wild with volume or keep things sleek and elegant.

And here's the best bit: unlike natural chamaedorea palms, which are infamous for throwing tantrums over water, light, and humidity, this one stays fresh and fabulous with absolutely no effort. Our artificial chamaedorea palm is available in two sizes, one which stands at 120cm tall and the other at a grand 180cm (6ft)!

This plant takes less than 10 minutes to arrange. There are no parts to put together, you'll just need to bend each branch out in turn to fill the space you have. You can spread out the plant as much or as little as you'd like.

If the leaves have any excess folds in they should drop out after a few days, but smoothing the leaves by hand will help. Add to a pot of your choice, slot into your space and you're all done. Easy peasy!

"We have had a few Artificial plants from Blooming Artificial all of which are amazing quality. Our last order for some reason was split into 2 deliveries, The 2 smaller Chamaedorea arrived but not the larger, this arrived the next day in a box that had been clearly badly damaged and repackaged to a degree. When the plant was taken out it also had been damaged. The plant was bent and 2 of the stems feel very unstable /broken . . . we needed the plant for a photo shoot so have done our best to straighten out very gingerly !! We have always had great service from Blooming Artificial but on this occasion the courier company badly let you down ."

Just the ticket

"Just the ticket for this corner of the garden. I wanted a low maintenance area as its very shady with no soil. The Palm has made the focal point here and looks good. It was a big decision to spend so much on an artificial plant but I think it is worth it. We planted it in a big pot with a pot inside so that it can be easily removed for the Winter months. It’s covered in black slate pieces. So an excellent purchase for me and I hope it lasts many years."

Over all I’m very pleased

But the plastic pot it’s cemented in is to small making the plant top heavy even when you put it in a planter it wobbles I had to wedge it. aesthetically it is a bit too green and perfect looking the foliage just needed to be a shade darker."

"I bought the small and the large. Wasn’t sure when I first opened the boxes, did appear to be a bit ‘plastic’ but once you have spent time arranging each frond, what a difference. Our faux palms are packaged in a very upright manner. It keeps the palm fronds safe during delivery from our place to yours.

To bring your palm to life, you'll need to arrange these fronds. Sounds complex? Don't worry... it isn't.

Starting at the bottom of the foliage, simply bend each frond out. Aim for a gentle curve rather than a harsh angle for the most realistic final appearance. The fronds are wired so may appear a bit stiff. You can be pretty firm to get the desired bend!

Our artificial palms arrive pre-potted in a small black pot. This is designed to act as a base for replanting into something a little more decorative. This will help it blend into your home's interior and improve stability too!

Faux palm trees are incredibly realistic and designed to be botanically accurate. But there are a few things you can do to get the most out of your palm.

Arranging your tree is an important first step. When it arrives with you, it'll be upright and compressed in the packaging to prevent damage. Spend a few moments arranging and gently manipulating the foliage until you're happy with its appearance.

Then, pop it into a stylish planter that blends in nicely with your decor. Choose one that's slightly larger than the pot it arrives.

Unlike a real palm which demands light, humidity, watering, feeding and repotting, your new artificial friend asks for very little.

Once it’s sitting pretty in your home all you’ll need to do is give it an occasional wipe with a damp cloth. Start at the top and work your way around and down the palm to remove any dust.

Look at the details on the product page and check the pot dimensions. We typically suggest adding 2-10cm onto the width and going from there.

Selecting a pot towards the higher end of this range will really improve the plants stability. A top tip if you have small people or pets running around.
