FAQs

Looking for information about our products and services? Our FAQs help centre has everything from delivery and returns info, to taking care of your new faux plants.

We dispatch most things via FedEx. Occassionally we'll use Royal Mail or for large bulky orders, via a pallet courier. Orders delivered on a pallet are a kerbside delivery service.

Our standard delivery service costs £6 (free when you spend £80) and takes between 2-4 working days. Upgraded delivery services may be available based on your location.

Some locations may cost extra and take a little longer. For more information visit our delivery page here.

If you've received an email from us confirming dispatch or delivery, but have not received the goods please check the tracking link for information about where the items have been delivered to. Alternatively please contact our team and we'll help.

Not a problem. To update your delivery address please start a chat here as soon as possible and we'll do our best to modify it. If you've placed an order for 'fast' delivery or it has already been sent to our warehouse for fulfilment it may be too late to change it.

We typically have around one hour from the time of order to be able to make automatic changes.

Yes, we'll send you a tracking email when we dispatch your order. If we send it in multiple shipments, you'll get one notification per shipment.

You can also track your order by entering some details here.

To start a return, please visit our returns portal and follow the steps. For larger multi-item returns, contact our team who can expidite the process.

We will process your refund immediately in the event of cancellation or stock being unavailable and you choosing to cancel. Refunds for returned items may take up to 5 days, however we endeavour to process returns as soon as possible.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds can take between 3-10 working days to be credited to your account.

If you are returning the items because you ordered them by mistake or have changed your mind you will need to cover the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure they arrive promptly and safely.

There is an option to unlock free returns for a small fee during our checkout. Selecting this will optional cover the cost of any future return label.

The cost of returning an artificial plant varies depending on your location, the quantity, size and weight of plants, and the courier you choose.

According to Parcel2Go (a comparison service we suggest using to get the lowest price), return charges will be around the following amounts:

  • Smaller plants that fit into a box smaller than 100cm in length will typically cost £6 incl VAT.
  • Mid-sized plants that fit into a 130cm long box will typically cost £15 incl VAT.
  • Larger plants cost between £14-£30 depending on the length, width, depth, and total weight.

Prices current as of November 2025 and are per box rather than per plant.

Choose Checkout+ when you order and we'll cover the cost of collecting any unwanted fauxs.

Repotting is just for real plants... right? Well not quite. Even though our fab faux's don't outgrow their pots, we do suggest you re-pot them when they arrive.

Most of our range arrive in a basic black pot (sometimes called a starter pot). This is basic and is designed to act as a base for the plant. Potting it into something a bit bigger and more decorative improves its stability and helps it fit into your décor.

Look at the details on the product page and check the pot dimensions. We typically suggest adding 2-10cm onto the width and going from there.

Selecting a pot towards the higher end of this range will really improve the plants stability. A top tip if you have small people or pets running around.

If you are still unsure, we'll offer some recommended pots when you add items to your basket. Or just get in touch.

Most plants arrive in a simple black pot. We suggest popping this into a more decorative one. This increases stability and helps the plant blend into your interior.

  1. Find a pot a little bit larger than the starter pot
  2. Pre-fill the pot with earth or sand if the pot is too deep
  3. Put the plant into the pot and fill around the starter pot
  4. Top off with decorative stones
