Our show-stopping artificial musa basjoo tree comes in a variety of sizes, with heights ranging from 240cm to 280cm tall!

Our artificial trees take only a few minutes to assemble. The leaves and the base will come as two separate pieces to save on postage costs and minimize any risk of damage during transit.

When your tree arrives, simply slot the leaf section into the base section, pressing it in firmly. Then bend the leaves out into a natural arch so that it fills the space you have. If the leaves have any excess folds in they should drop out after a few days, but smoothing the leaves by hand will help. Slot your tree into your space and you're all done. Easy peasy!

Standard delivery is £4 on orders up to £50, £6 on orders between £50.01 - £100 and free when you spend over £100 and takes 2 to 4 working days. Some locations may cost a little extra or take longer.

A no rush service is available which offers discounted shipping but takes up to 6 working days for delivery.

"I am so happy that I bought this stunning 240cm Musa Basjoo. Since this was the first artificial plant I've ever bought. I was a bit worried that it wouldn't be realistic, but I am overwhelmed by its beautiful features. The trunk is outstanding. The bark is so life like. The leaves look just like a real life Basjoo. Not all perfect, but in the right way! I owned a real one and it lasted a month before it died. I've spent so much on plants that kept dying, it was breaking my heart every time! This just requires a damp cloth to keep it looking stunning! I suggest you buy a bigger pot for it to go in, just to keep it more steady and to really make it look it's best. You could put heavy decorative stones in it. The price is right for the workmanship that's gone into this plant. It's really heavy too, just adding to the beauty. It's very easy to set up because it comes half way done. You just slot in the 2 top trunks and arrange the leaves. I just decorated my Living room and this has just brought it altogether. Looks fabulous in the evening with a small light pointing up. Apart from this being the best artificial plant I've ever seen. Customer service was so helpful and approachable with my questions before I ordered. It arrived the next day via a very trustworthy courier. The driver even helped me get it up 2 flights of steps to my front door. I totally recommend to anybody. Our faux palms are packaged in a very upright manner. It keeps the palm fronds safe during delivery from our place to yours.

To bring your palm to life, you'll need to arrange these fronds. Sounds complex? Don't worry... it isn't.

Starting at the bottom of the foliage, simply bend each frond out. Aim for a gentle curve rather than a harsh angle for the most realistic final appearance. The fronds are wired so may appear a bit stiff. You can be pretty firm to get the desired bend!

Our artificial palms arrive pre-potted in a small black pot. This is designed to act as a base for replanting into something a little more decorative. This will help it blend into your home's interior and improve stability too!

Faux palm trees are incredibly realistic and designed to be botanically accurate. But there are a few things you can do to get the most out of your palm.

Arranging your tree is an important first step. When it arrives with you, it'll be upright and compressed in the packaging to prevent damage. Spend a few moments arranging and gently manipulating the foliage until you're happy with its appearance.

Then, pop it into a stylish planter that blends in nicely with your decor. Choose one that's slightly larger than the pot it arrives.

Unlike a real palm which demands light, humidity, watering, feeding and repotting, your new artificial friend asks for very little.

Once it’s sitting pretty in your home all you’ll need to do is give it an occasional wipe with a damp cloth. Start at the top and work your way around and down the palm to remove any dust.

Look at the details on the product page and check the pot dimensions. We typically suggest adding 2-10cm onto the width and going from there.

Selecting a pot towards the higher end of this range will really improve the plants stability. A top tip if you have small people or pets running around.
