Delivery options

The vast majority of our products are delivered within one to three working days and are transported via TNT’s network. There are some items, such as bespoke or potted, which can take up to seven working days to be delivered. Standard delivery time is shown on each product page and is confirmed via email once you have placed your order with us.

Orders placed before 2pm are usually despatched on the same day.

Delivery options and charges

Orders for next day, rocket and Saturday delivery services must be placed by 2pm on the working day beforehand. Orders placed after this time will be despatched on the next working day on the service selected at checkout.

Please note: If you return your items we will only refund the basic cost of carriage, which is currently £7.19. If you pay for an upgraded shipping service and decide to return your items, we will not be able to reimburse the full amount.

Excess delivery charges

We don't currently charge extra for deliveries to the Highlands, Northern Ireland or any UK offshore islands. However we are unable to offer premium shipping services to these locations.

If you are ordering a large quantity of items we reserve the right to palletise your goods. This will reduce the risk of loss or damage, though it may incur extra charges. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

Collection

If you would like to collect your order from our warehouse in Great Yarmouth please call the customer service team before you place your order. Our warehouse require 24 hours’ notice before a collection can take place.
