Our window box troughs have drainage holes in already, you'll find two holes at one end. Whereas some of our planters need them adding, if you need to add them we recommend drilling through the drainage hole notches.

You can find brackets for window boxes online which will grant you the ability to fix your window box to your wall or balcony. Just make sure to check that the bracket is compatible with the size of your window box. Unfortunately we don't have any available on our website at the moment.

How long they stay flawless depends on factors like sunlight exposure, humidity levels, and where you hang or place them. Less sun and sheltered spots will always help stretch that lifespan toward the three-year mark.

For extra care, we recommend using a UV protection spray, a stylish little secret weapon to ward off fading and make your faux flowers hold onto their petal-perfect glow. We don't stock any at the moment, but you can usually find them available elsewhere online.

Yes! The window box trough has holes in the bottom already to let water drain away.

The foliage and flower spikes are glued into the core of their pot, but they can be removed with a little bit of force. We don't recommend this as the flowers might get damaged and it's irreversible. You also won't be able to return them to us.
