Pre-Orders

It's not always possible to keep every plant, flower and tree in stock. If an item becomes out of stock, you can usually pre-order it via our website and save 10% discount off the usual item price.

Delivery times If we have a confirmed due date, we show this next to the pre-order button. If we do not have a confirmed date, but the products are on order with our supplier you can pre-order and we'll contact you with a date once we have one.

Discount The 10% pre-order discount will only apply to items that are out of stock at time of ordering. If you place an order with multiple items, only items that are out of stock will have the 10% discount applied to them. Any items that are in stock will remain full price unless you are taking advantage of one of our special offers.

Cancellations With any pre-order, you may cancel the item at any point up until it has been shipped. At point of shipping, our standards returns policy will come into effect.

Unavailable Items At times, it is possible that we do not have a delivery date for when an item will be back in stock. In this case, we mark the item as unavailable. Although we are expecting the item to come back into stock, we do not currently have a date and this could be six weeks minimum, possibly longer. As soon as we are able to provide a reliable delivery date, we will update the product to be available for pre-orders.
