Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the #WeeklyWonder price once the offer has finished. However, if you were unable to process your order during the time of the offer, please contact our team who will assist you.

Do you offer trade discount?

We do not currently offer a trade discount. However, if your order is over £500 please contact our commercial team to receive a quote.

If I order multiples of an item, can I get a discount?

We offer multibuy deals on a range of items. These are marked on the relevant product pages next to the price MULTIBUY. View our current offers to find out more.

I’ve returned my order, where is my refund?

When your item(s) are received, they will be checked by our warehouse team. Once they have confirmed receipt, we will process your refund. This should usually take a couple of days, but during busy spells can take up to 14 days. Please also bear in mind that your bank can take 5 working days to apply the credit.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order in the My Account section of our website. Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track your delivery in the Your Orders section of the My Account page. In addition, you will receive an email once our courier has your order with all relevant delivery and tracking information.

My tracking number says my order has been delivered but I do not have it?

Please check any safe place where your order could have been left or if a neighbour has signed for the delivery on your behalf. If you are unsuccessful in locating your delivery, please call us on 0800 9777 589.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 1 – 3 working days and is free on all orders over £60. We also offer next day before midday and “rocket” delivery which is next day before 10am. Find out more.

What courier do you use?

We use the Fedex/TNT delivery network for the majority of orders. We also use pallet network for larger items such as hedging or pallet orders.

Can I arrange my own courier?

Yes, please contact our team to arrange this.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, we’re based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. If you would like to collect your order, we require 24 hours’ notice, please contact our team to arrange this.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We do not currently offer deliveries on weekends. Sorry.

Do you ship outside of the United Kingdom?

Not at the moment. However you can arrange for items to be delivered to a freight forwarder in the UK or you can arrange for your own courier to collect the items from our site in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

My order has items missing, where are they?

Please ensure that you have opened all of the boxes because items are frequently packaged in pairs or other multiples. If an item is still missing, please contact our team.

Does my delivery require a signature?

Yes, however, you can also provide safe place instructions which will override this.

When will you ship my order?

If you ordered the item on a weekday before 15:45 and it is in stock, we'll dispatch it on the same day. If you ordered after this time, your order will be shipped on the following working day. If the item is out of stock, our website will usually provide a due date. One of our team will follow this up by email.

Can my order be left in a safe place?

Yes, we offer a range of options during the checkout process. For more niche requests, please contact us after placing your order.

My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your order has arrived damaged, don't worry! Please send us a photo to or via WhatsApp on 0800 9777 589 with your order number and a brief description of the damage within 30 days and our damages team will be able to issue a refund or replacement.

What do you consider reasonable wear and tear?

We would consider reasonable wear and tear to be issues such as gradual degrading of a product after a reasonable amount of time. Please note: we are not able to accept returns on used items - regardless of use or situation.

How do you prevent damages?

We do our best to prevent damage to our items by packaging them securely in our durable cardboard boxes. These are often secured in with additional materials to keep them from moving around too much in transit.

I damaged my plant by accident, what can I do?

Please send a photo to or via whatsapp on 0800 9777 589 and our team will assess the damage and recommend the best course of action. Please note that we are not able to compensate for accidental damage.

My plant has faded, is this normal?

If your plant is designed for outdoor use and has faded, please send us a photo to or via WhatsApp on 0800 9777 589 for our team to assess the situation. If your plant is designed for indoor use, it is not UV protected and therefore may fade in the sunlight. All products are indicated for indoor or outdoor use on their product page, under the product photo, please check intended use before purchase.

How do I return an item/order?

If you would like to return an item or order, please contact our team who can provide you with your returns number(s). We recommend returning any items via courier as this will enable you to track the location of the goods and also reduce the risk of the item(s) being damaged.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 60-day window for you to return a product to us. All goods must be returned in a saleable condition in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Are returns free?

We are unable to cover the cost of customer returns and exchanges. We recommend you use a courier comparison service such as Parcel2Go, or Parcel Hero. However, we will refund any original standard delivery charge that you paid on initial purchase.

Do you refund the original delivery fee?

Yes, we will refund the basic cost of delivery if paid.

Can you arrange pickup of my return?

We've temporarily stopped arranging collections due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Can I return a bespoke product?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on bespoke or made to order items.

How long do refunds take?

Once we have received the goods back at our warehouse and the inspection has been completed - refunds are usually processed within 14 days. Please note: banks can take up to 5 working days to apply the credit.

Are your plants realistic?

We think so! Ultimately, this will always come down to your own personal taste, however, we work hard with our range of suppliers to source the most realistic counterparts of the real thing.

What are the plants made of?

This varies, but they are mostly made of silk, polyethylene, polyester, and in some cases, they also contain natural wood or bamboo canes. Specifics can be found on the relevant product pages.

How do you measure your plants?

We measure the overall product; therefore if the plant you are looking at comes in a black starter pot, this will be measured from the base of the pot to the tallest part of the plant. You can find a full list of measurements on each product page.

Do you offer bespoke products?

At this time, we do not offer bespoke items. Our artificial hedges are all made to order, but we are only able to provide them in the sizes listed on their product page.

Are your products fire retardant?

We do not offer fire retardant products at the moment. Find out why here.

Can I use artificial plants outdoors?

If the plant is UV protected, yes the artificial plant is designed for outdoor use. Please check the individual product page to find out if the product you’re interested in is suitable for outdoors. Does rain have any effect on artificial plants?

If the plant is designed for outside use, rain should not impact the appearance of this at all. However, in cases of extreme weather, if you are able to temporarily move them to a sheltered or indoor area, this will only help to prolong their life and avoid any unnecessary damage to your product.

Are your products vegan?

Our supply chain has not been audited, so we are not able to say with any certainty.

Are your products made from recycled material?

Some products are produced from recycled plastic. However our suppliers do not provide specific breakdowns.

Can you help me choose a product?

Are the pots in the product pictures included?

Many of our products come in a small black starter pot as standard. This will provide them with weight and stability. However, if the item you are looking at is shown in a different planter - this is likely just for illustration purposes. We recommend replanting your plant into a more aesthetically pleasing pot for maximum impact in your home. View our full range of pots.

Most products have multiple sizes and colours available. For specific variations available, please consult the individual product page or contact our team.

Yes, we’re passionate about our products, and so are our customers! Once a customer receives their order, an independent review company called YotPo contacts them later down the line to see what they thought about the product and Blooming Artificial experience! The vast majority of our customers are happy, however, we’re only human and can always improve, so if we receive a less than satisfactory review, we use them to look back, evaluate what went wrong, and learn from the experience in order to fix the situation and provide future customers with an improved process.
