Useful Information

Arranging the Foliage

We deliver artificial plants safely and securely in a strong cardboard box. After unboxing the artificial plant, you’ll may notice the foliage is either upright or tightly pushed together. We always recommend spending five to ten minutes ruffling and arranging the foliage to make your new plant looks its best.

Watch our short how to arrange artificial plants guide.

Potting your Plants

Most artificial plants arrive in a basic black pot - known as a starter pot. We recommend replanting your new faux plant into a slightly larger, more decorative pot. This increases stability and helps the plant blend into its environment. Alternatively for outdoor plants you can always plant the product straight into the ground.

Watch our short potting guide.

Cleaning and Maintenance

One of the best things about artificial plants is the lack of maintenance. However to keep your artificial plants, trees and flowers looking spick and span we do recommend giving them a quick clean every now and then.

Watch our quick and simple cleaning guide.

Why Choose Artificial Plants

Nurturing and caring for real plants is a task that many of us find time consuming, tiresome and sometimes futile. Whether you are leading a busy life, suffer from plant related allergies or simple don’t have the penchant for gardening, artificial plants are for you.

Artificial planting is the perfect alternative to needy natural plants. They look fresh year after year, will ‘grow’ in any environment and won’t die if you forget to water them. They’re also low maintenance, so bar a quick dust here and there, require no ongoing care.

Styling your homes interior and garden with artificial greenery used to be frowned upon. Faux plants were renowned for being made from rigid shiny plastic. This is no longer the case. Manufacturing techniques have improved significantly allowing artificial plants to be produced in all shapes and sizes, from high quality fabrics and flexible plastics making them nearly identical to their botanical counterparts.

Using Artificial Plants

Using artificial plants and trees increases both the ease and the options when it comes to styling the inside and outside of your home. For example, keeping tropical plants like yucca and palm trees is nigh on impossible unless you’re a fan of large heating bills. Alternatively some plants are just too difficult to keep alive (we’re looking at you in particular orchids). Artificial orchids are now incredibly intricate and feature real touch flowers!

For outside, artificial topiary is incredibly popular. It offers stylish spirals, lollipop and triple ball trees without needing either the skill to create the shapes or to maintain them. Our entire range of artificial outdoor plants is UV protected meaning they won’t fade or become brittle in the sun.

For offices and commercial premises artificial planting is great for a number of reasons. Natural plants require regular maintenance like watering, pruning and deadheading. If this isn’t done correctly or in a timely fashion then they may die and need replacing.

Realistic Look, Superb Quality

Our range of artificial plants are manufactured from high quality, durable materials including polyethylene plastic, steel, natural wood, polyester and silk fabric. This may seem like an eclectic mix, however each material has a specific purpose to ensure the plant looks fantastic and has a long lifespan.

The exact materials used will vary from plant to plant, the quality will not. We check all of our products vigorously against their natural counterparts to ensure they look realistic.
