We’ve crafted a small but knowledgeable customer care team who know the ins and outs of our wide range of products. They’re on hand via live chat, phone and email to answer any and every question, query or quibble you may have.
Our buyers search high and low, far and wide to find high quality, realistic and affordable artificial plants. Our search takes us around the UK and Europe all the way to the factories in China.
We measure, photograph and write detailed product descriptions which outline not only benefits but also the products limitations. After all, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
We ask all customers for their honest feedback about our products. Each review is posted to the relevant product page so you can find out what past buyers think of the plants. To date, we have an average score of 9.7 out of 10.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have up to 60 days to return the item to us for a full refund or exchange. Unlike many retailers, we also refund any standard delivery charges you’ve paid. For more details, please read our full returns policy.
We deliver artificial plants safely and securely in a strong cardboard box. After unboxing the artificial plant, you’ll may notice the foliage is either upright or tightly pushed together. We always recommend spending five to ten minutes ruffling and arranging the foliage to make your new plant looks its best. Watch our short how to arrange artificial plants guide.
Most artificial plants arrive in a basic black pot - known as a starter pot. We recommend replanting your new faux plant into a slightly larger, more decorative pot. This increases stability and helps the plant blend into its environment. Alternatively for outdoor plants you can always plant the product straight into the ground. Watch our short potting guide.
One of the best things about artificial plants is the lack of maintenance. However to keep your artificial plants, trees and flowers looking spick and span we do recommend giving them a quick clean every now and then. Watch our quick and simple cleaning guide.
You can help your artificial plants look even more realistic by arranging the leaves to look like their natural counterpart, re-planting them into a stylish planter that matches your interior décor and keeping them clean and dust free.
Choose a stylish pot that is slightly larger the start pot attached to your artificial plant. Put the plant into the new pot and fill around the starter pot with earth or sand. Complete the look by adding decorative stones.
Historically people have viewed artificial plants as cheap and tacky. However modern manufacturing techniques, premium materials and highly-skilled production staff means the quality has improved greatly. This, coupled with our buyers keen eyes for detail, means tacky faux plants are a thing of the past.

To clean your artificial plant, move it outside and use a paintbrush or dry cloth to remove dust from the leaves and stem. Start from the top and work your way to the bottom of the plant. If there are stubborn marks or debris remaining, wipe them with a damp cloth.
Artificial plants will eventually fade or discolour in the sun. If you are using them outside or in a very bright area we recommend purchasing UV stable, outdoor plants.
The lifespan of artificial plants will vary depending on how you use them. Indoor artificial plants that are kept out of prolonged direct sunlight and cleaned regularly should last for five years or more. Outdoor artificial plants are exposed to the elements, so are unlikely to last as long. To prolong their lifespan, protect them from bad weather and use UV stable plants.
