Marketing Manager

Location: Great Yarmouth / hybrid

Salary: £36-£45k

We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager with a strong record in ecommerce and proven line management experience. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement a marketing strategy that delivers measurable growth across digital and brand channels.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager with a strong record in ecommerce and proven line management experience. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement a marketing strategy that delivers measurable growth across digital and brand channels.

You’ll manage our in-house team and ensure work with our external marketing agencies is aligned and effective.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver a data-led marketing strategy aligned with business objectives

  • Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Drive website optimisation through user testing, CRO and website development projects

  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and freelancers

  • Lead and mentor the internal marketing team

  • Report on key marketing metrics and commercial impact

  • Conduct regular competitor, consumer and market analysis to inform strategy

About you:

You’ll be a hands-on marketing professional who understands the fast-paced nature of ecommerce and the importance of blending creativity with commercial impact.

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within a D2C ecommerce business

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams

  • Demonstrable experience across key channels such as PPC, SEO, CRO, CRM and content marketing

  • Confidence using analytics tools (GA4 or similar) to drive decisions

  • Experience managing external agencies and freelancers

  • Excellent communication, planning and project management skills

We offer:

  • Salary range: £36-£45k

  • Location: Office-based / hybrid.

  • Full time 39 hours p/w.

  • Company pension.

  • Generous holiday package: 25 days + Bank Holidays, increasing annually up to 30 days after 5 years (then 0.5 days annually with no cap)
